The construction of a new cruise terminal in Rotterdam required the installation of storm dolphins. These are the resting points where gigantic cruise ships can safely dock.
I was brought in to bring the project to market in the preparatory phase. Think about selecting the right materials, defining the scope, and bringing together the right parties to get this done to perfection, technically as well as logistically. Later on we tendered the project and executed it within time and budget without incidents.
