I'm Mark. Offshore project facilitator and techie at heart, who would rather be on a ship than in a conference room.
Since 2019, I have been working full-time under the name Mark Offshore. The adventure actually started back in 2016, when I walked into the Chamber of Commerce. Not much happened in the first few years, but since I went for it, things have moved fast. Offshore projects, international clients, special assignments. From Iceland to Taiwan.
I am not a suit-and-tie man, but a hands-on techie who gets things done. I like and get energized by technical challenges, even more so when I fully understand the scope and impact of the project.
I thrive in the preparatory phase of a project, from idea to execution. I make sure the right people, vessels, tools and/or knowledge are brought together. I quickly see what is needed, translate complex things into plain language, and make sure it runs.
I have a huge network of more than 40.00 people from all over the world. This network works, mainly because of mutual trust and knowledge.
Whether it's an innovative subsea tool, a salvage job, or a caterer wanting to go offshore, I help companies move forward with consultancy and business development. Always with genuine interest, focus on results, and a down-to-earth approach.
I prefer working outdoors, love my golf, swimming, and tinkering with my own boat at the dock. A little adventure comes with the territory. And if possible, I will just come to you. Whether in Rotterdam or on a ship somewhere in the North of Iceland.

My office is located in Langedijk (North Holland, Netherlands) but we work worldwide. We are happy to visit you on location or for a productive workation. ;)
